We will collect, use and disclose more extensive data where there have been unauthorised attempts to access or interfere with files on this site, unauthorised attempts to index its contents, attempts to intercept messages of other users, communications which are defamatory or abusive or give rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence is being committed, or attempts to compromise the security of the web server or interfere with reasonable use of the site by others.

We reserve the right to make disclosures to relevant authorities where use of the site raises a suspicion that a criminal offence is being, or has been, committed, and will provide access to data to a law enforcement agency exercising a valid warrant.
